2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.1834 of 2016 for the offences under Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002 and Section 506[i] of IPC on 05.08.2016.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
