ORDER

Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the enquiry has already been over. Since the seventh petitioner/ S.Prema, who is the daughter of the deceased Duraiswamy, has not produced the legal heirship certificate, she has been asked to produce the said certificate and on receipt of the legal heirship certificate from S.Prema, needful would be done including the release of the money, as the name of Mr.Duraiswamy has been mentioned as the landlord.

2. In view of the said submission, the seventh petitioner/S.Prema is directed to produce the legal heirship certificate within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the seventh petitioner/S.Prema is able to produce the legal heirship certificate, there would not be any impediment for the District Collector, Tiruvallur to do the needful for release of the money to 2/3

the land owners within a week thereafter. With this direction, the contempt petition stands closed.
