Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to award Selection and Special Grade to the petitioner herein by computing the entire period of service rendered as Secondary Grade Teacher prior to 01.06.1988 as was extended to other similarly placed teachers as per G.O.Ms.No.1381 Education Department dated 05.10.1990 and G.O.(Ms) No.234 Education (G2) Department dated 10.09.2009 with all arrears and consequential benefits thereon and within such time as may be prescribed by this Honourable Court.
