Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the conditional order passed by the lower court has got automatically expired on 12.11.2015. Therefore, as of now, the present relaxation petition does not survive and became infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
