2. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal suit and he has filed a memo dated July 14, 2025 to that effect. The said memo is recorded.
3. In view of the memo, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
