This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. We are satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay application, however, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from today. If the cost is paid on or before 06.07.2023 and the affidavit of service is filed, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if it is otherwise, in order. If the cost is not paid and the affidavit of service is not filed on or before 06.07.2023, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
