When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that FIR has been registered against the petitioner.

2. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition by quoting the crime number.
