O R D E R

With the grievance that patta with respect to the property situated in Survey Nos.205/5, 205/11, 205/12 and 181/3 to an extent of 72 cents at Kolunthampattu village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District has been wrongly given in favour of respondents No.4 to 6, who are sons and wife of Kullan, as against the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent. On its receipt, the 1st respondent in and by letter dated 27.6.2014 followed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by another letter dated 11.8.2014 directed the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action. Despite the same, as no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for he petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 6.

3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in pursuant to the letters dated 27.6.2014 and 11.8.2014 sent by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents No.4 to 6.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
