Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to To Stay all further proceedings vide Na.Ka.1181/2017 A-5, dt. 02.06.2017 issued by the 2nd Respondent in WMP.17209/17 and; (ii) To Direct the 2nd Respondent to keep one post of Village Assistant, Vacant in WMP.No.17210/17 pending disposal of the above Writ Petition 33281/17 respectively.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.T.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.K.DHANANJAYAN, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is for declaring the selection list issued by the second respondent on 3rd March, 2015 and the consequential selection list issued by him dated 23rd April, 2015 are void. Now, the writ petitioner moved Writ Miscellaneous Petitions seeking for staying all further proceedings with regard to the interview call letter issued by the second respondent dated 2nd June, 2017 and to keep one post of
Village Assistant vacant, pending disposal of the Writ Petition. 2.When the Writ Petition has been filed challenging the selection list of the year 2016, the interview call letter issued by the second respondent on 2nd June 2017, is not connected with the selection of the year 2015.
Thus, the relief sought for in these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions is no way connected with the relief sought for in the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the above Writ Miscellaneous Petitions stand dismissed. Post the Writ Petition for final disposal, after four weeks.
