3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.No.18 of 2016 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law, either register an FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioner.
