ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to make disbursement of loan sanctioned by the 1st respondent in the Order UYEGP No.147/2010 dated 05.03.2012.

The Writ Petitioner has applied for Financial Assistance under Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme to the Industries Department, State of Tamil Nadu. His case was recommended by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent bank for sanction. On 05.03.2012, the 1st respondent bank has issued a Sanction Advice for a sum of Rs.3,80,000/- towards loan. Later on 17.12.2012, the 2nd respondent has sent a communication that there was an outstanding of Rs.64,968/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the petitioner. Therefore, the 2nd respondent declined to process the sanction of loan further.

Heard both sides.

4.Now the petitioner has expressed that he is willing to clear the outstanding amount for the purpose of further processing of his loan application.

The learned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that in the event of the writ petitioner clearing the outstanding, the request of the petitioner will be considered and the loan sanctioned will be processed further. The statement of the Counsel for first respondent is recorded. 6.

The 1st respondent is directed to process the Loan Application of the petitioner, after the outstanding amount in the name of the petitioner is cleared by him. The first respondent shall complete the said exercise within a period of three weeks from the date of the receipt of outstanding amount from the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
