This Petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent as the 3rd respondent herein in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for proper adjudication of the writ petition, impleadment of the proposed respondent is very much necessary.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the proposed respondent is impleaded as 4th respondent in W.P.No.29873 of 2023.

5. The Registry is directed to implead the following as 4th respondent in

W.P.No.29873 of 2023.

'The President Arulmighu Subramaniya Swamy Thirukoil Navithar Matrum Mudithiruththuvor Sangam Tirutani.'

6. The petition is ordered accordingly.
