This petition is filed to condone the delay of 631 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 631 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period on the enhanced award amount.
