ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent-Police to register a case on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the respondents 4 & 5, which was assigned CSR Number as C.S.R.No.335/2015.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter was compromised between the parties and as such, the complaint itself was closed. He has also produced a copy of the closure report.

3.The learned counsel for the 4th respondent has also submitted that the matter was settled between the parties. 4.In view of the above, there is no need to give any direction to the respondent-Police. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
