Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.5.2016, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.5.2016.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material documents available on the record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.5.2016.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.5.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.
