(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.Premakumari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.S.Anil Sandeep, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the second respondent has dropped the proposal for erection of cellphone tower.

3. In the light of that, the purpose of the writ petition does not
