Cont.P.No.974 of 2021 the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai, by proceedings dated 02.08.2021 has rejected the claim made by the petitioner. The learned Government Counsel shall serve a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 02.08.2020 to the learned counsel for the petitioner forthwith.
2. In view of the above development, this contempt petition is closed. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer if so advised.
