Heard Mr.R.Harinath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Bindran for the 1st respondent and Mr.M.Karthikeyan for the 2nd respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of LAOP.No.7 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Kanchipuram. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would have no objection for a direction being issued, directing the Sub-Court, Kanchipuram to dispose of LAOP.No.7 of 2016 at an early date.

3.It is seen from the records that the acquisition is of the year 2009 and the land acquisition original petition is pending since 2016. Considering the fact that almost 13 years have gone by since the acquisition commenced, this civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned SubJudge, Kanchipuram to dispose of LAOP.No.7 of 2016 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
