O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that he has got title to an extent of 0.60 cent in Survey No.13/3, Madathukuppam Village, Thiruvallur District, which belongs to him. It is also seen from the proceedings of respondent no.2 dated 15.05.2014 that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the said respondent was allowed as per the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur vide Na.Ka.No.2297/2013/A5 dated 20.01.2014. Accordingly, by proceedings dated 15.05.2014, the respondent no.1 directed the respondent no.2 to make survey. As the same has not been carried out, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to take appropriate steps pursuant to the proceedings of the respondent no.1 dated 15.05.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
