This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2016 within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner had lodged two complaints on 24.07.2016, based on which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.Nos.217 and 219 of 2016.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry.
5. On reading of the complaint, it appears that, there is a dispute between the landlord and tenant. The dispute is civil in nature.

6. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to call both the parties and take action in accordance with law.
