The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 10.02.2017 to issue direction to the 2nd respondent to issue Patta in his name with regard to the house site situated in New No.2/1, present New No.5, Pymash No.973, Block No.26, T.S.No.56 at Old No.98 &99, Ayanpuram Village, Devarajulu Naidu Street, Chennai-23.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2017 to issue patta, in respect of the above said property, the second respondent has not passed any orders so far.
3.Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, after giving notice to all the interested parties, in accordance with law.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.02.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
