W.P.No.14175 of 2024 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 10.05.2024 in Na.Ka.2571/2024/Kalal-1 and quash the same as illegal and unlawful and consequently direct the respondents to permit the functioning of the TASMAC shop No.1903 at Ka.Sa.No. 584/A1D1, Trichy-Coimbatore Main Road, Vellakoil, Gangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District. C O M M O N O R D E R When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that by virtue of the order dated 10.05.2024, passed by the District Collector, Tirupur, the subject TASMAC shop was closed and he also produced a copy of the said order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also confirmed the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication and accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected W.M.P.s are closed.
