This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Erode District in Crl.O.P.No.8398 of dated 13.04.2022.

2. It is stated that due to the time taken in arranging the surety, the petitioners were unable to appear before the Trial Court as directed by this Court in time.

3. Hence, Considering the same, 10 days time is extended for the petitioners to surrender before the the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Erode District in Crl O.P.No.8398 of 2022 dated 13.04.2022.
