Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Acquisition Notification in G.O.Ms.Nos.61, 64 and 65, Industries (SIPCOT-LA), on the file of the 1st respondent issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997, Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.62, Part-IISection 2, dated 20.03.2015 relating to the property schedule therein and insofar as the petitioners property is concerned, being the vacant in comprised in (i) S.No.5/2 of an extent of 0.15.0 Hectares, (ii) S.No.5/3 of an extent of 0.1.48.5 Hectares, (iii) S.No.5/5 of an extent of 0.39.5 Hectares, (iv)

S.No.8/3 of an extent of 0.13.0 Hectares (v) S.No.15/4 of an extent of 0.33.0 Hectares (vi) S.No.21/1 of an extent of 0.36.5 Hectares (vii) S.No.21/5 of an extent of 0.37.5 Hectares (viii) S.No.22/9A of an extent of 0.39.0 Hectares and (ix) S.No.22/9B of an extent of 0.33.5 totally measuring to an extent of 3.63.5 Hectares in No.52, Nemili Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and the consequential possession notice under Section 4(2) of Act 10 of 1999 issued by the respondents 2 and 3 in Rc.B.12/2014, dated 20.07.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to afford opportunity to the petitioner as per the representation dated 24.09.2014 after furnishing the objections of the 3rd and 4th respondent for further enquiry.
