O R D E R

The petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 19.11.2012 on account of his involvement in a criminal case registered by the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption. The petitioner long after suspension submitted a representation dated 12.11.2014 requesting the second respondent to review the order of suspension. Since nothing was heard thereafter, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.11.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
