(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 560 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.The petitioner is not a party to the writ proceedings. Therefore, it is stated that the Appeal is filed after coming to know about the disposal of the

writ petition. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petition seeking leave to file the Appeal has been allowed. Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent also has no serious objections. 3.Considering the explanation offered by the petitioner and the reasons for the delay, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has not committed any default in approaching this Court. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
