This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a FIR based on the petitioner's written complaint dated 29.01.2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.75 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 20.06.2020 itself.
