ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st

Respondent to process and issue passport to the petitioner pursuant to his Application No.TR1075418478925 dated 30.07.2025. 2.Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted on instructions that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.783 of 2019, on the file of the 2nd respondent police. Therefore, the 2nd respondent submitted an adverse report as against the petitioner to the file of the 1st respondent while considering the application submitted for issuance of passport. In pursuant to the same, the 1st respondent did not issue any passport to the petitioner so far.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue is now dealt with by the Hon'ble Full Court and they have issued directions to the Passport Authorities.

4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate submitted that now the entire investigation in Crime No.783 of 2019 has been completed and efiling has also been done, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Needamangalam, Thiruvarur, and it is pending for taking cognizance. 5.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to obtain necessary permission from the trial Court to travel abroad, if he desires, as per the Passport Rules, seeking

permission to visit abroad.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
