The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Though very many contentions have been raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.09.2015 against one Ramakrishnan and Thiruvengadam, that would suffice.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the opinion that it is not necessary to traverse into the other averments made in the affidavit. Hence, this Court directs the second respondent to enquire into the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.09.2015 if enquiry was not conducted so far, and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
