Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.10537 of 2022, dated 05.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10537 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
