BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CSCID SALEM, SALEM DISTRICT CRIME NO.156 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every first and fifteenth of every month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4237 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3717 OF 2022 dated 01.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4237 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3717 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every first and fifteenth of every month, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
