Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the condition imposed on the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.9084/2022 dated 29.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.9084 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
