O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.10.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arani under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C and the learned Judicial Magistrate has also forwarded the said complaint to the respondent on 12.06.2017. But, so far, the respondent has not taken any action in this case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner complaint is still pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law. In case, the enquiry reveals only a civil dispute, the petitioner has to be directed approach the civil court and get appropriate relief.
