C.M.P.No.16925 of 2023 in AS.SR.No.61013 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 18 days to file an appeal suit as against the judgement and decree dated 31.10.2022 passed in O.S.No.4/2020 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the delay being condoned, accordingly the delay is condoned as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
