PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India pleased to dispense with filing original adjudication copy and to pass direction to dispose of the suit filed in O.S.No.42 of 2011 within three months pending on the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai. For Petitioner : Mr.M.V.Seshadri O R D E R Today, the matter was listed under the caption "Miscellaneous Petitions- To dispense with" in C.M.P.No.15054 of 2021 and the Civil Revision Petition was in the S.R.stage.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, which is in the SR stage, has become infructuous. Therefore, he prays for the disposal of C.M.P.No.15054 of 2021.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil miscellaneous Petition is Dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
