ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.90 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a textile shop. On the date of occurrence, the petitioner and other accused entered into the shop of the defacto complainant and robbed dresses worth about Rs.5000/-. Hence, the complaint.

3. It is seen from the records that this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10798 of 2022 was dismissed as withdrawn on 06.05.2022. He would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is ready and willing to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed on him.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no change of circumstances after the previous order was passed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the bad antecedents of the petitioner and that there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
