ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing respondent police to entrust the investigation to transfer some other agency in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner on 11.07.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent colluded with other accused persons and without even conducting any enquiry dropped further action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.379 of 2020. Therefore, the petitioner sought for transfer of investigation of the complaint dated 11.07.2020.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.379 of 2020 by the 1st respondent and thereafter enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as action dropped on the complaint dated 11.07.2020.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

5.Though the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed as "action dropped" in C.S.R.No.379 of 2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner made so many allegations as against the 1st respondent also. However, the complaint lodged by the petitioner has now been closed as action dropped and as such, there is no question of transferring the investigation. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the higher police officials in the manner known to law, if so advised.
