[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order of this court dated 20.12.2019 made in O.S.A.No.208 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself submitted that the order under contempt has been complied. However, a request has been made for issuance of a direction to the learned single Judge of this court to dispose of the Civil Suit in C.S.No.940 of 2016.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed, we, however, request the learned single Judge to dispose of the Civil Suit in C.S.No.940 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
