21093 of 2021 :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent not to make any alteration or transfer of revenue records including the patta from the name of the petitioner in respect of the property being agricultural nanja land, comprised in Survey No.165/4A measuring an extent of acre 1.16 cents (0.47.0 hectare) situated at No. 92,Manjankaranai Village Uthukkottai Taluk Tiruvallur Distirct till the title dispute of the property is finally resolved or decided by the competent civil court.
