C.M.P.No.11685 of 2024 in T.C.A.No.SR 5464 of 2017 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ,J.

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 2631 days in re-presenting the above tax case appeal.

Upon hearing the learned counsel, we condone the delay in re-presenting the appeal on condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) as costs to the credit of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
