O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.723 of 2026 in Crime No.576 of 2025 dated 23.03.2026 on the file of the Principle Sessions Judge, Salem and consequently relax the condition

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, according to the order passed in C.M.P.No.369 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026, the petitioner was directed to sign before the respondent police twice daily at 10.00.a.m., and 05.00.p.m., until further orders ( for a minimum of 30 days), and since the petitioner has not complied for one day, the Court below has rejected the application for relaxation.

3. Taking into consideration of the totality of the circumstances, this Court is inclined to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.723 of 2026 dated 23.03.2026 and relax the conditions imposed in C.M.P.No.369 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026.
