2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the fact that C.A.Nos.94 and 95 of 2013 are pending for the past 11⁄2 years, the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the appeals along with the pending applications, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
