[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to restore Electricity Service Connection No.089-0031014 Electricity Meter No.225177 to the petitioner premises situate at No.14/6 Kammal Street, Arani Village, comprised in Survey No.916/1 Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.M.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr. P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 5 and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 2.The learned counsel seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus by directing the fourth respondent to restore Electricity Service Connection No.089-003-1014, Electricity Meter No.225177 to the petitioner premises situate at No.14/6 Kammal Street, Arani Village, comprised in Survey No.916/1 Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

3.Earlier, this Court passed an order on 04.03.2015, directing the petitioner to produce the relevant documents to establish his title to the property before the fourth respondent, on or before 07.03.2015. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not produced any documents of title, but has given only the Family Card, Property Tax Receipt. It is further submitted that one Ramesh Babu has objected to the grant of electricity service connection to the petitioner. 4.In the light of the above, petitioner is directed to produce all the available document in her custody, along with the copy of this order before the fourth respondent and if the same is produced, the fourth respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner and the said Ramesh Babu, hear the parties in person and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law. The above direction shall be complied with by the fourth respondent, within a period of three weeks from the date of production of all relevant records by the petitioner.
