Mr.Monish Ramu, Sr. Officer Legal to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons, which is lying in the custody of respondent's men, servants, agents, from his premises at 4, Kumbenahally Village, Sharavanabelagola, C.R.Patna Taluk, Channarayapatna, Hassan District, Karnataka - 573 135 or wherever found with the Police aid and break open of premises, if necessary.

2. Today, when the Application is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant through video conferencing seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Application.
