ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to direct the 3rd respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 01.04.2026.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submitted that the complaints filed by the petitioner as well as the counter-petitioner have been closed, and the presence of the petitioner is no longer required for any enquiry.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, and taking into account the closure of the complaints given by the petitioner as well as the counter-petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
