This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.12.2015 to the respondents 2 and 3, pointing out certain lapses against the 4th respondent, who runs a school without obtaining proper recognition and necessary certificates with regard to the stability of the building from the competent authorities, as on date. However, the said representation has not been considered till date.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and as per law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
