Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to consider the above circumstance and facts to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Office daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8953 of 2022 in Crime No.231 of 2022 by his order dated 20.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAMESH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.8953 of 2022 on 20.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
