A.Nos.2237 and 2239 of 2020 These applications have been filed for removing the respondent as a Trustee on the sole ground that he had forcibly entered possession of the Trust property at Srirangam, Trichy.

2.The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he is not pressing these applications stating that the respondent has vacated and handed over the possession to the Trust.

Hence, these applications are dismissed as not pressed.

A.No.885 of 2017 The learned counsel for the applicant has filed a Memo stating that he is withdrawing the above application and seeks liberty to file a fresh application.

Considering the fact that the surcharge proceedings was initiated against the earlier Trustee who is no more, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Memo is taken on file.

A.Nos.883 and 884 of 2017 It is informed that the applicant has filed necessary applications for substituting the Managing Trustee.

The Registry is directed to list the said application along with these applications and post this matter on 08.01.2021. The Registry is also directed to issue certified copies of the Original Plaint and the xerox copy of the file in O.P.No.685 of 2006.
