O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.08.2020 and to conduct a survey in the subject property.

2.Mr.A.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the application made by the petitioner has been taken on file and the third respondent has fixed the date of enquiry and inspection on 25.09.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of inspection along with all relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already fixed a date for the enquiry and inspection, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
