CRIME NO.781/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Conditions that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble High Court in Crl.O.P.No.23614 of 2021 by its order dated 14.12.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23614 of 2021 on 14.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
